• Save all user data including Documents, Pictures, Videos, Music, Bookmarks and Desktop files
• Format the computer’s hard drive (wipe all data including the OS from hard drive)
• Reinstall a clean copy of Windows or Mac OS
• Copy user data back to hard drive. Data will be placed in the original location from before the format.
• Install updates. Using a high-speed internet connection, all Windows security patches and updates are downloaded and installed.
• Install security software and setup for weekly scans.
